Remedy against Non-regular Worker Discri
Under the Act on the Protection, Etc. of Fixed-Term and Part-Time Workers and the Act on the Protection, Etc. of Temporary Agency Workers, employers are prohibited from unfavorably treating non-regular workers (i.e., fixed-term, part-time and seconded workers), in terms of their wages and working conditions, without any justifiable reason. If any non-regular worker is discriminated against, he/she may apply for remedy at the Labor Relations Commission.
